Scone & Biscuit Making

Join us for a hands-on baking experience where you'll learn how to create classic scones and golden biscuits from scratch! Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to refine your skills, this fun and flavorful class will teach you the secrets to achieving the perfect rise, texture, and taste every time! You will learn how to properly mix and handle dough for light, flaky biscuits and scones. We will discuss the difference between them, and also how to make them sweet or savory.
Pre-registration is required. Class space is limited. Tuition is not refundable.
