Aerial Yin Yoga Candlelit Workshop

Enjoy an sweet aerial yoga low hammock yin yoga mini series with Chris Loebsack.

This 90 minute session will explore supported stretch with longer held postures. The hammock adds a new dimension to the yin yoga practice.

Only 14 spaces are available. Registration is required.
