2 Week Cake Decoration Session

This will be a 2 session Cake Decorating class guiding you on how to decorate and stack a tiered cake. Each class will be held from 3pm to 5pm.
In the first class, we will review how to make classic buttercream and how to properly ice a cake. Then we will show you different buttercream techniques. You will be given time to practice piping with different tips and instructions on how to properly hold and use a piping bag. At the end of the class, you will talk about what you'd like your final tiered cake design to be. You will be decorating it by yourself, with our guidance, in the 2nd session. You will be asked to come prepared to the next class with a vision of what you would like your final cake design to look like.
In the second class, we will guide you step by step on filling, icing, stacking, and finalizing the details to make your vision come to life! You will go home with your beautiful cake and the knowledge and skills to continue on your cake decorating journey! Baked cakes will be provided. Pre registration is required. Space is limited. Class tuition is not refundable.
