 What is Love?
A Journey into Bringing More Love into Our Lives
It’s easy to love those we feel connected to—our families, friends, and colleagues. Yet even in close relationships, we may not always like every aspect of someone’s behaviour. Sometimes we withdraw, feel hurt, or even angry.
But what happens when we close or limit our love? How does it affect us both mentally and physically. When we withhold what we most long to give and receive how does it affect our wellbeing?
This course invites you to gently open to a deeper, more expansive experience of love—love that is not limited by circumstance, behaviour, or expectation.
Together, we will explore love through:
Wisdom teachings from East and West
Sound, movement, breath-work and journaling to awaken the senses, reflecting & sharing within a safe and supportive circle
Join us in this exploration of the heart—a chance to embody love more fully, invite it into every part of life, and discover the true meaning of self love for ourselves as a state of being rather than something we give or withhold.
