Awaken to Spring: A Day of Movement, Kirtan & Deep Rest

Join us on Sunday, 27th April, from 10am-3pm at Health Nuts, for a nourishing day of connection, renewal, and joy. Led by Siôn Jones and Maria-Carin, we’ll guide you through a mix of movement, music, and deep rest to welcome the energy of Spring.

If you’re looking to Spring Awaken yourself; dance, sing, eat well, rest, relax and connect then come along to our first ever 1-Day Retreat in Stroud collaborating with Sion Jones.

Imagine dance, Kirtan, yoga nidra, sharing circle, plant-based lunch and healthy but delicious sweet treats and fresh juice 😋🥰🥳🤩😎not in this exact order but all included!
