Sound Bath at Jolly Nice🧘‍♀️

In the Yurt, Jolly Nice, Frampton Mansell, Stroud, GL6 8HZ

A 60 minute session to relax, reset and take time for yourself as we settle into Autumn.🍂

We will start with some gentle breathwork and meditation before settling into a long rest, accompanied by the beautiful and relaxing sound of singing bowls and other sound healing instruments. ❤️
