We meet in the downstairs room at Ownzone at 10am, for a 10.15am start.
Group meetings are capped at 8 attendees, with two peer facilitators.
Whether you just suspect or are pre/post-ADHD diagnosis, come along to meet and spend time in a comforting group of like-minded people. You are not alone!
Meet up and share the trials, tribulations, tips and triumphs of living with ADHD.
Receive an understanding of how it affects your day-to-day, family life, and past, and share your hopes for the future.
The session will begin with establishing co-created meeting guidelines so everyone feels safe, we will introduce ourselves and ‘check in’, and then we can pick a theme or flow with whichever tangent we go off on 😊
Two of us from our core facilitating team will hold the space for each session. We have undergone facilitating training, have expertise in different aspects of Neurodivergence, and also experience the struggle with ADHD ourselves, and most of us are parents of ND children.
We are here as friends to listen, take responsibility for ourselves and signpost to contacts/organisations outside the group.
The group is capped at 8 attendees (plus 2 facilitators) to ensure a safe and accessible space with time for all to share. Please only attend if you have a ticket.
We ask for donations of whatever you are able to give, but this is not a requirement to attend. These donations only go towards room hire expenses and future group activities—we are all volunteering our time as peers to give and receive support.
See you soon! 😊
