At this level you are taught how to do a treatment on yourself and others.

How to create and set intents.

How to use reiki to bring about the change you desire.

The origins of Usui Reiki.

It is a magical introduction to reiki energy and the possibilities it will bring.

You will receive 4 attunements.

Pam’s been teaching all levels of reiki since 2009 in UK and Greece .
