Through gentle meditation, mindful creativity, and journaling, you’ll be guided into a state of presence, allowing your energy to settle and your creativity to flow freely. No experience is needed - just a willingness to slow down and be with what is.

Open to all, this gathering offers the perfect space to deepen the connection between body and mind, and to explore your inner world in a supportive and inspiring environment.
