Drop-In Information Sessions

We open our doors every Friday morning 10:00am - 12:00pm to extend a warm welcome to any adult living with a life-limiting condition or their family, loved ones/carers and those who have been bereaved.

This is an opportunity to visit Longfield, in a relaxed and informal way to discuss how Longfield can help to support you.
You will be able to :

- Gain information and advice about the services Longfield provides
- Gain information about how to access Longfield services
- Discuss symptoms that are of concern
- Discuss needs concerning a life-limiting condition
- Receive information about other services/support groups that may be available to you
- Receive information about our forthcoming 'Wellbeing Workshops'

You don't need to make an appointment.
These services are available to all those with life-limiting conditions their family loved ones/carers and those who have been bereaved.

We support people with many conditions such as cancer, COPD, Motor Neurone Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's Disease and Heart Failure.
