Draw closer to nature's healing powers and cultivate mindfulness and creativity during this 6 week sketching and painting course. In these classes, you'll learn to "draw naturally" through gentle, guided exercises that open up new ways of seeing the world afresh. As we immerse ourselves in the grounding practice of noticing nature’s intricate beauty, you'll experience the therapeutic benefits of sketching and painting, from relieving stress to improving focus and wellbeing. Nature connection has been shown to enhance our health and boost our state of mind, and these classes will support you in developing a nature journal to document your discoveries. If you feel drawn to nature’s beauty and would like to explore your creativity in a welcoming, relaxed environment, then come along and join us!

Media introduced will include a variety of drawing media along with watercolour painting. No experience is required, and you will be well-supported to learn a range of new techniques. Beginners, rusty returners, and more experienced artists are all very welcome to join us!
