Avening Bear Hunt

The well-loved village bear hunt returns with a pawsome trail and unbearlievable displays. Begin your hunt at Avening Memorial Hall. Picnic lunches, ice creams, tea, coffee, cakes, face painting. bear gifts and crafts will also be available.

£2 per map – plus, return your completed map at the end of the trail to receive a treat! One treat per map.

If you’d like to design a bear to feature in the hunt, we’d love to hear from you! Everyone is welcome, you don’t need to live on the trail route to host a bear, simply think of a name and start designing!
