Zoo Day

The zoo is under construction!! 🚧 The main entrance and Giraffe exhibit is under major construction. So, we won’t be able to meet inside the main gate. We can meet out in front of the main gates at the benches at 10:30. We will then have to get our stamps and walk around the side of the zoo to enter through a different entrance. If you can’t meet us at the ticket area at the same time, we will be inside the new entrance just past the gift shop at the first set of bathrooms for a bit. Or just reach out to us so we can let you know our location when you arrive. This worked well last time! We will pack waters, snacks and plan on eating lunch at the zoo so we can stay longer into the afternoon. We will also pack some swim gear as the splash pad kids play area may be open! We always love feeding the giraffes and the giraffe punch pass is Very reasonable. You do have to purchase tickets online in advance of this event!! Hope you can join us!
