Join us every Monday for a “Refill your cup pause”. We invite you to join a safe space to engage in various activities: talk, share, listen, let go, cry, take in, learn, recharge, breathe, and then move forward. There's something for everyone in this session.
Each week, we will dedicate time and energy to a specific topic designed to provide you with the support and insights you need. This may be just what you need, or you may have the experience to uplift a beautiful lady who needs support.
Week 1 Theme: Surviving Grief
“Grief is love with nowhere to go.”
We can open with
A moment of silence or candle lighting to honour those we have lost
A grounding breath or gentle meditation to settle into the space
We may cover thoughts like
“What does grief feel like for you today?”
“What has helped you survive the hardest moments?”
“Is there a memory that brings both pain and comfort?”
We affirm that all emotions are welcome—tears, silence, laughter, numbness
We encourage active listening and no fixing, just presence
We agree to an NDA; this way, we all feel safe to share.
