This class welcomes everyone seeking easy-to-use practical tools to release stress, bring mindfulness into your daily life and create stability and balance.

We'll tune in to what's needed on the day, gently moving to easy stretches, breathing, mindfulness practices and relaxation - for you enjoy starting the day invigorated and at peace.

Suited to tender low backs and stiff hips.
You will be totally fine and comfortable as beginner, and practicing yoga.


Mats, blocks, blankets and straps are provided.
Anything else you wish to use, please bring.
