Sourcing from joy and relaxing into movement, softening and releasing tent (or other)-stiffness via stretches and gentle/ breathing, we venture into more invigorating/energising moves, and return to calming meditative practices. Fun and the odd Tai Chi move, as well as conscious sharing are part, each class unique...
You're super welcome un-bendy and stiff especially. This class works for all - your personal needs will be met, so you can leave class feeling calm, softened and invigorated - ready for a beautiful day ahead.
