Everyones pathway is different. As we share, learn, inspire and educate one another through lived experiences.
You will discover everyone has the same fears worries and concerns, regardless of their shape and size.

This is a warm and welcoming beautiful little haven, for women 20 plus to come together, and discuss Body Image, influences, feelings and thoughts.

There will be no pressure to speak, if you would prefer to just listen. Coming alone, do not fear, you and your presence will always be welcomed here.

Women have left this space telling me it has changed their lives, forever.

Spaces are limited to 15, so everyone who chooses to can speak and to prevent overwhelm for all who attend.
