Smoke Signals: A Night with Chef Hugh Mangum
Join us at Outbound Stowe on Thursday, July 10th for an outdoor cooking + dining experience with the legendary Chef Hugh Mangum, founder of NYC’s Mighty Quinn’s BBQ. He’s rolling in with his 1000-gallon smoker and bringing the heat — literally.
Set under the open sky, this one-night-only feast will showcase Chef Mangum’s signature wood-fired style with a menu that hits all the right notes. Expect smoked short ribs, baby backs, grilled chicken, flavorful sides, a fired-up dessert, and more. Good tunes, open flames, and a next-level BBQ experience in the heart of the Green Mountains. Doors open at 5:30pm for cocktail hour and salads; dinner at 6:00pm.

Adult — $120 per person
Children (3-12) — $50 per person
Advanced tickets are available for $100 per person before June 26, 2025. Includes 20% gratuity for staff.
Ticket includes family style BBQ dinner, one (1) Whistle Pig Cocktail sampler, and one (1) copy of Chef Mangum's new book, Barbecue: Smoked & Grilled Recipes From Across the Globe per reservation. Guests also have access to the Outbound Stowe property, including pool access, lawn games, and live music. Option to add additional book(s) per order for $49.95.
