Free Warrior Yoga - Warrior Within Yoga Project

The American Heritage Museum is proud to partner with the Warrior Within Yoga Project to offer a weekly warrior yoga class at the American Heritage Museum on Wednesday nights, free for veterans, service members, first responders, American Heritage Museum members, and their families.

Yoga supports those living with post traumatic stress, traumatic brain injury, moral injury, sexual trauma and more. We provide free yoga classes to veterans, service members, first responders and their families to provide a space for Warriors to heal from invisible wounds shoulder to shoulder.

The weekly class is held in the American Heritage Museum on the mezzanine overlooking the expansive collection of tanks, military vehicles, and aircraft. Class takes place after museum hours and does not include access to the rest of the museum.

Due to limited space, please register in advance (at the link) and, if possible, bring your own yoga mat. We have a few extra for those who are new to yoga or do not have one to bring.

Join at anytime, you do not need to attend classes consecutively. Please follow the link to register for the class and we will see you then!
