As always, it is set to be a super exciting day with over 120 categories catering for all ages and abilities, we have -

Under 16's

� Tag Chasing
� Baton Battle
� Patterns
� Point Sparring
� Continuous Sparring - exactly the same category splits as points categories

Age 17yrs +
� TKD Patterns
� Point Sparring
� Continuous Sparring
