👊 Junior Team Leader Course (Ages 7–14)
An exciting and empowering experience for kids to take their first steps into leadership. Through fun, structured training, juniors will build confidence, communication, and teamwork - while learning how to support others on the mats!
🥋 Instructor Training – 3 Levels for Teens & Adults
Designed for aspiring instructors and current team members, our tiered program helps you grow through every stage:
Level 1: Assistant Coach Essentials – Learn how to support classes, engage students and build presence.
Level 2: Developing Instructor – Dive into class structure, teaching techniques and managing different ages and abilities.
Level 3: Lead Instructor Mastery – Focus on school ownership, leadership, lesson planning and delivering impactful sessions with confidence and charisma.
