Light & Renewal: A Solstice Ceremony

Join us for a renewed experience of our Restorative Yoga with Acupuncture and Sound intertwined with a summer solstice renewal ceremony. This is a beautiful way to honor the longest day of the year with intention, relaxation and connection to the natural rhythms of life.

Gather in our special Outdoor location "The Garden Venue" for this incredible event. Walk through a guided meditation followed by Acupuncture with Kortney from Stony Plain Acupuncture then finish the practice with some gentle restorative yoga under the sky while serenaded with the sound of nature and sound bowls by Jodylee Wyldchylde.

Closing the practice with a sharing circle, journaling and gratitude!

What to bring:
Yoga mat, banket and pillow (if you don't have these please let us know)
Water bottle and eye cover
Journal (or paper will be provided)

Investment: $88 each

Must be pre-registered, event is non-refundable but can be transferred to another participant for this event only if you are unable to attend.

**This is an outdoor event which will be moved into the dome should the weather not cooperate
