we’ll be running these as long as the waters stay warm!

no experience required, as this is an all-levels class, designed to balance gentle movements with accessible challenge. Enjoy the calm of the Mystic River, soak in the beauty of the sunrise or sunset, and let the gentle waves guide your practice! 🌞✨
