Summer Memorial Service

We warmly invite you to our Summer Memorial Service, taking place at St Mary’s Parish Church, Cheadle on Saturday 21st June at 3.00pm.

With permission from the families we have served over the last 12months we will honour lost loved ones by reading their names during the service.

This gathering will be a time for reflection and remembrance of those dear to us who have passed away.

If you wish to join us and/or have your loved one’s name included in the service, please provide the information below.

We are more than happy to commemorate as many of your beloved family and friends as you wish.

If you plan to attend please provide;
-Your name and number of guests
-The names of your loved ones you wish to be remembered

If you cannot attend but would like your loved one to be honoured please provide;
- The full name of your loved one
