Join us for a deeply grounding Root Chakra Sound Bath, enhanced with aromatherapy and immersive soundscapes, designed to help you feel safe, supported, and present in your body.

This session focuses on the Root Chakra (Muladhara)—the energy center connected to stability, security, and balance. Through carefully curated sound frequencies and soothing essential oils, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation and nervous system calm.
