Introduction to Yoga Beginners Yoga Workshop
Sunday 4th 10.00-11.30AM
Beginners classes run every Monday and Wednesday starting January 5th.
Monday 6.30-7.30PM
Wednesday 6.30-7.30PM
You are welcome however you are, no matter what your level of experience is in yoga.
