Mother and Baby (Postnatal) Yoga Classes in Marple

*This class is suitable from 8 weeks postpartum, following your GP check, until your little one is on the move.

A nourishing postnatal yoga class designed to support both you and your baby. Recharge and heal your body and mind through gentle postures, calming breathwork, healing pelvic floor exercises, meditation, and deep rest.
