Biodanza Weekly Sessions on Tuesdays

Come and dance with us at these weekly Biodanza sessions, facilitated by Maria Canizalez-Jerez.

Biodanza is a system of personal development that uses music and movement in a group environment that helps to stimulate our human potentials.

The sessions are designed to stimulate and develop your motor, sensory and affective integration. Feel the music and discover your own unique quality of movement. Every dance in Biodanza is an invitation. No steps to learn, no previous dance experience. This is not choreographic dance. it is dance for wellbeing.

Please bring a bottle of water and wear comfortable clothes. We like to move freely – and it’s OK to take your shoes off!
