Curious about rugby? Now’s the perfect time to give it a go – no experience needed!
Join us for the first round of beginner practices this season, where you'll get a fun, hands-on introduction to the sport. For 6 weeks, every Wednesday, we teach you how to play rugby.

Rugby is all about teamwork, respect, and community, and there’s a spot on the field for everyone.
No matter your age, gender, body type, fitness level, or sports background – we’ll make sure you feel welcome and included.

Whether you’re tall, short, strong, speedy, new to sports or have played before – we need all kinds of people to build a great team.
If you’ve got the will, we’ll build the skills together.

📍 Where?
Gubbängsfältet – Take the green line to Farsta Strand and hop off at Gubbängen.
We train Wednesdays on the rugby pitches in the middle of Gubbängens sportfält.
Look out for the big Stockholm Berserkers flags – just follow them!

🧢 What to Bring
- workout clothes depending on the weather
- Water bottle
-Trainers or football boots
-Gum shield (tandskydd) – optional, but good to have!
