Stretch your body into stillness as you push your thoughts into silence.
Observe how yin yoga can support you to maintain seasonal balance.
Return home feeling expanded by your knowledge of yin yoga and the support of community.

NOTE: Whether you're a yoga instructor who wants to expand your knowledge of yin yoga or a yoga practitioner who wants to deepen your understanding of the practice, this program will immerse you in all the ways the practice can rehabilitate and strengthen the body and mind.
