🌳Nature Connection & Restorative Practices

Join us for our monthly Wellbeing Gathering – a gentle and restorative afternoon dedicated to reconnecting with nature, yourself, and others.

We’ll begin with some nature-based yoga and grounding breathwork, helping you relax and arrive in the present moment.

You’ll then be guided through a nurturing workshop using the healing power of nature – including:
• Mindful meditation
• Sensory exploration
• Creative reflection

This soothing session is designed to support emotional wellbeing, inspire connection, and leave you feeling refreshed.

We’ll finish with our signature offering – tasty treats and a selection of herbal teas to nourish and ground you.
