+ SUMMER SOLSTICE MALA +

Join Yoga Moderne to celebrate the longest day of the year with 108 sun salutations. Summer Solstice brings another energetic shift: needing to pause or sleep away from the heat of the day, a final flourish before our labors fruit and go to seed, a time to begin to recede to store up for the fall to come. We will do four sets of twenty-seven vinyasa with a short savasana between. All told the practice averages just over two hours.

We will set intentions in each section. Aromatherapy will be used as well.

This event is all level. You can do all 108 namaskar or as little as zero. Holding space for intentions tops the need to do every namaskar.

For those joining in person, a small reception after will send you off refreshed and centered.

Bring a mat, water bottle, and towel. We will handle the rest.
