Candlelit Rest & Restore + Sound Bath

A sanctuary for deep rest, energetic renewal, and spiritual ease.

This deeply nurturing practice blends Restorative Yoga and Sound Healing to support relaxation, recovery, and spiritual alignment. Using props for gently stretches, supporting the body in restful poses for several minutes, this class encourages complete surrender—allowing the mind to settle, the body to release tension, and the spirit to find calm.

As the nervous system relaxes, stress and anxiety dissolve, making space for emotional release, inner peace, and energetic realignment. Known to balance and repair subtle energy pathways, this practice also helps clear energetic blockages and invites tranquility, self-awareness, and grounding.

Throughout the class, sound healing will be woven into the full class experience. Sound experience may include the use of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other healing instruments. These soothing vibrations enhance relaxation, promote energetic clearing, and support holistic healing.

Ideal for those seeking deep rest, emotional balance, and a heightened connection to self. No prior yoga experience needed, this class is gentle and supportive for anyone healing from physical pain.
