“Find Your Center” Sound Bath & Guided meditation

Step into stillness and reconnect with your inner balance during this restorative experience. You'll be guided through a gentle meditation designed to quiet the mind and ground the body, followed by the soothing resonance of a sound bath. Crystal bowls, chimes and other healing instruments create vibrations that support deep relaxation, release tension, and invite clarity. This session is an opportunity to let go of stress, restore harmony, and return to your center -- refreshed, balanced and fully present.

We provide all props but some people like to bring their own mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask.

$35 pp, 6:30-7:30 pm
