“Find Your Center” Sound Bath & guided meditation

This sound bath will help you connect with your heart and find your “center.” This is a perfect time to release and relax. We will move through guided breath-work and a mind body scan before drifting off to the healing sounds of the crystal sound bowls, chimes, and steel drum.
Mon, Aug 18th at 6-7pm. $35 Pp

All are welcome, no experience needed!
We provide all props, but feel free to bring a blanket, pillow, eye mask or anything else that will help you feel the most comfortable during the sound bath (most people lie down).
