About the event

All About Horses with Turning Point Ranch

Learn the ins and outs of horse care with professional ranchers and horse experts from Turning Point Ranch! Teens in grades 6-12 will participate in a number of individual stations that involve painting murals and barrels, horse care, and more. Teens will not be allowed to ride any horses during this program, but there will be ample opportunities to pet and care for horses. “All About Horses” will take place at Turning Point Ranch, located at 385 S. Country Club Road, on Tuesday, August 12, from 3-5:30 pm. Teens that attend are encouraged to wear clothes and shoes that are suitable for outdoor activities.
