WHO: Anyone within CAP's service area is invited to attend: (Marquette, Outagamie, Portage, Waupaca, Waushara Counties).

Offered in-person or virtually.

This Renters Workshop will cover:
1. Rental Considerations
2. Checking out the rental property and the landlord
3. Application and lease basics
4. Renter/Landlord responsibilities, communication, and property checklist
5. Landlord/tenant mediation
