Complimentary Sports Physical Days

Stevens Point Orthopedics is excited to offer complimentary sports physicals on a limited schedule of dates this summer. Sports physical appointments are available outside of those dates at a cost of $75/visit.

Friendly Reminders
-Availability is limited to appointments only.
-There will be NO walk-in appointments.
-There will be NO ImPACT Concussion Testing.
-Athletes should wear eyeglasses/contacts and athletic shoes.
-Please arrive only 5 minutes before your appointment.

Project Fresh Start:
SPO is also a drop site for Project Fresh Start. If you have extra school supplies, please bring them with you to your appointment and leave them in our collection bucket. Any child from 4K to 12th grade who meets the free or reduced-price meals financial guidelines through a Portage County School is eligible to receive the items you bring in!
