Live Music: Lorenzo Cominoli and Danny Webber

This duo performs original instrumental guitar compositions exploring musical influences from the jazz, classical, and popular works.

Lorenzo Cominoli is an Italian guitarist, teacher, and composer. His fresh and modern sound, together with his lyrical and original phrasing in the melodic construction, which is intense and innovative, make him one of the most interesting "voices", appreciated by both the public and critics. His music combines the elegant Italian taste for melody with deeply grounded elements of contemporary jazz.

Danny Webber is an actively performing jazz, classical, and rock guitarist from Maryland. Playing in solo, duo, trio, and quartet jazz settings, he is earning a growing fan base due to his refined and individualistic voice, which is influenced by his deep connection to many musical styles. His debut CD, Initial Thoughts, features original compositions for guitar, piano, bass and drums, and has drawn comparisons to music by Pat Metheny and John Abercrombie.
