Full Moon Meditation in the Park

🍓 Strawberry Moon Meditation 🍓

Join us for a peaceful evening under the June Strawberry Moon. The full moon is a powerful time to set your intentions and manifest your dreams! I’ll guide a short gentle stretch and a seated meditation to support reflection, intention setting, and connection to the season.

No experience needed—just come as you are. I’ve been teaching yoga and meditation since 2015 and love creating space for grounding and calm.

🚘 Heading East on Woodlawn Rd, park at the first Woodlawn Arts Academy building parking lot on your right—you’ll see our blankets in the grass.

What to bring:
🧘🏻‍♀️ Something to sit on (yoga mat, blanket, towel)
💎 Anything you’d like to charge under the moon (crystals, etc.)
💫 A personal journal (optional)
🍫 A small treat to share (optional)
✨ Layers or bug spray for comfort

⭐️ NOTE- we are meeting at 7pm this session (a little later than last time) to hopefully get some cooler temps.
