Beginner and Intermediate Handbuilding Class Dates: Sep 18 , 25 Oct 2 , 9 , 16 , 23 Time: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM (3 hours per session) Location: Manna Pottery / 36 Pidgeon Hill Drive Sterling, VA 20165 Join Our Beginner and Intermediate Handbuilding Class – A 6-Week Pottery Workshop! Whether you're new to pottery or looking to refine your skills, this class will guide you through the creative process of working with clay. What You'll Learn: -Basic and intermediate hand-building techniques, including pinch pots, coiling, and slab construction -How to create 4 to 5 unique projects, including functional pieces like mugs, bowls, and plates -Surface decoration methods, such as textures, carving, and glazing -Techniques for glazing and painting your finished pieces Each weekly class runs for 3 hours, giving you plenty of time for hands-on practice. Plus, you’ll get 4 extra hours of studio time to complete your glazing and painting on your own schedule
