Whether you’re a singer and/or play an instrument, everyone needs to know how and why certain notes and chords sound a certain way, and this class will help you learn just that! Through training our ears for specific intervals and chords, we will use song examples to demonstrate what is happening in the music, and help students develop commonly used language to be able to communicate with other musicians. Students are encouraged to share musical suggestions, and bring songs to class for us to learn, and learn about together.
