Inner Child Healing Workshop—Saturday, July 26th—2pm-3:30pm

We all carry versions of our younger selves within us—parts that are still longing to be seen, heard, and held with compassion.

Join us for a powerful afternoon of Inner Child Healing, where we’ll gently explore the stories, emotions, and unmet needs of our past that continue to shape our present. Through guided meditation, journaling, group discussion, and somatic exercises, you’ll learn how to reconnect with your inner child and begin rewriting old narratives from a place of love and safety.

This workshop is perfect for anyone seeking emotional healing, deeper self-understanding, or a stronger sense of self-worth.

What to bring:

A journal and pen

A photo of yourself as a child (optional)

An open heart
