Join us for a one-of-a-kind yoga experience where the adorable world of furry friends meets mindful movement! Whether it’s a playful pup or a curious cat, you’ll share your practice with a shelter animal ready to spread love and joy.
🐶🐱 WHO’S JOINING?
Depending on availability, you may find yourself flowing alongside wagging tails or cuddly purrs. This class features adoptable dogs or cats from the shelter, making each session as unique as the animals themselves!
HEALTH BENEFITS FOR HUMANS:
Yoga nurtures the body, mind, and spirit. As you build flexibility, strength, and balance, you’ll also enjoy stress relief, improved mental clarity, and a deeper sense of inner peace. And with a furry friend nearby, the practice becomes even more heartwarming!
BENEFITS FOR OUR FURRY FRIENDS:
The animals thrive on the love and attention from attendees. For cats, it’s a chance to socialize and feel at ease. For dogs, it’s an opportunity to interact and bond with new humans. These interactions help them gain confidence as they await their forever homes.
ABOUT THE EVENT:
This isn’t your typical yoga class! As you stretch and breathe, a friendly dog or cat may join you on your mat or snuggle up by your side. The result? A yoga session filled with connection, laughter, and love. Join us on the last Saturday of every month and make your practice truly paws-itively uplifting!
DONATIONS:
We ask for a $15 donation or a large bag of new, dry dog or cat food to support the shelter animals. Space is limited, so reserve your spot early!

Your donation (cash or items)
A yoga mat (limited mats available—bring your own if you can!)
An open heart and readiness for cuddles!
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to fill out paperwork and get settled. Whether it’s paws or purrs, love is guaranteed! 🐾❤️
