Eric Ian Farmer, originally from State College, Pennsylvania and raised in North Carolina, is a singer-songwriter who has returned to his birthplace to share music focused on relationships, social awareness, and personal growth. He honors musical legends like Marvin Gaye, Otis Redding, and Bob Marley, while drawing vocal inspiration from church singers Bonnie Carter and David Williams, as well as artists like Bobby McFerrin, Stevie Wonder, and Marvin Gaye. His guitar style is influenced by the rhythmic playing of Bo Diddley.
