Join us for Kung Fu orientation for our Wu-Tang Kung Fu class at Seven Mountains Tai Chi in Downtown State College.
Take a Sunday and learn everything you need to know, to join our Tuesday/Thursday evening course from 5:30-7:00PM. This Sunday orientation workshop is $50 when you sign up for your first month of the Kung Fu Path at our school on Calder Way.
We will cover your warm ups, basic stances, and your five element fists of our core Kung Fu style, Wudang Xingyiquan. This is an excellent style for beginners to learn coordination and to begin cultivating internal power by developing core mechanics, strengthening the joints and fascia, and utilizing the bodyweight in every movement. We also cover foundational kicks and stances to develop a healthy and fit body.
Or Kung Fu program is $100/month, and require taking our Sunday afternoon orientation prior to attending our evening classes. This course is $50 when enrolling in our Kung Fu program. It cannot be taken separate from enrollment.
Kung Fu class is Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM every week. it also includes evening open training on the weekends.
