Begin your Tai Chi journey with our 6-week introductory course, this Late October, in Downtown State College, at Seven Mountains Tai Chi.
In this beginner course, you will learn key skills and exercise for developing stronger joints, better balance, and improved coordination. We will cover self-massage, joint strengthening exercises, distressing techniques, and moving meditation.
By the end of this 6-week program, you will have all the skills and knowledge necessary to join our 7PM practice group with confidence.
We have a blossoming community of wellness-minded locals, and we hope you can come be a part of our new school!
This course is $200, for 6 weeks of classes on Mondays & Wednesdays at 6PM. No gear or uniforms are required, but we recommended flat shoes.
