Led by Saskia Thode:

Saskia is a certified yoga instructor with specialized training in Therapeutic Yoga, Chair Yoga, and a 200-hour foundational certification through Sarva Yoga Academy. With a focus on healing through gentle movement, breathwork, and guided meditation, they are passionate about making yoga accessible to all bodies and abilities, including those recovering from injury or illness.
