Glide into Winter Fun at Stanthorpe Blue Light Skating Disco
Lace up your skates and join your friends for an evening of winter magic! The chill in the air means one thing – it’s time for Snowflakes in Stanthorpe and you’re invited to be part of the fun. Whether you’re a seasoned skater or gliding out for the very first time, this event promises laughter, music and unforgettable memories.
� Date – Thursday 3rd July 2025
� Time – 5.00pm, 5.30pm, 6.00pm & 6.30pm sessions
� Location – Stanthorpe Showgrounds Exhibition Hall
What to expect:
� $10 entry for 25min session. CASH ONLY
� Four sessions will be run – 25min each, commencing at 5.00pm, 5.30pm, 6.00pm & 6.30pm
� Skates provided with entry. No entry on rink without skates.
� BYO thick socks
� We recommend arriving at least 15min prior to your preferred time, however entry will be first in, first served.
� Event catering for U18’s only, however caregivers will be allowed on rink to assist younger children. Skating aids (penguins & dolphins) are available to assist novice skaters.
� Synthetic ice rink – softer on the booty!
� Entry into Enchanted Winter Wonderland included with entry
� Event is alcohol & drug free
Whether you’re gliding gracefully or holding tightly onto the rail, this event is about community, connection and Winter cheer. Stanthorpe Blue Light would like to thank Snowflakes in Stanthorpe committee for allowing locals to access the rink without having to fight the throngs of visitors over the weekend.
