Carers Week Afternoon Tea

To help recognise all that you do we invite unpaid family carers to join us for a special Afternoon Tea this Carers Week.
· Enjoy fresh scones, cream & jam, cakes, tea/coffee and meet new people!
· FREE Raffle!
· FREE Mindfulness session!

When: Tuesday 10th June, 1.30pm - 3.30pm
